Cant Get Task Number One to Complete in Houzz Pro

I am missing one task to complete all 18 tasks. It says “Explore Houzz Pro” as the task and below it says "Take a look around our software(you’ve already done this) but when I click to complete task and explore houzz pro, it does not say complete. Anyone have a remedy for this?

The “Explore Houzz Pro” task is meant to auto-complete once the system recognizes some activity in your account (browsing tools, creating a document, etc.).

If you’ve already clicked through and it’s still stuck:

  • Try logging out and back into your Houzz Pro account.

  • Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.

  • Open one of the features (like Estimates, 3D Floor Plans, or CRM) and spend a minute clicking through. Sometimes that’s what triggers completion.

  • If it’s still not marking complete, the best next step is to reach out to Houzz Pro Support through the in-app chat—they can manually mark the task as done for you.
