I wanted to ask about your approach to presentations — do you typically present construction and furnishings together, or handle them as separate presentations at different phases of the project?
I ask because we’ve run into timing challenges: when furnishings are ordered too far ahead of construction completion, it can mean months of storage while we wait for the space to be ready. Curious how you all sequence this on your end.
