I need help with invoices showing $0. My account support rep won't answer me

I’ve reached out to my support rep more than once about this. He always has an excuse of why he doesn’t get back to me. He never seems my emails or doesn’t check his voice mail.

I have a job that I have payments on, but the invoices generated as $0. Who else can I call about something when I need support the same day? I left a voice mail for this rep last week and he hasn’t gotten back to me.
