Logo Change on Documents

Hi! I’m having issues with changing my logo on houzz pro documents. The 2 methods advised do not work

Method 1: From any document

• Open any document and hover over your current logo

• Click the Edit icon that appears

• Select your new logo file from your device

• It updates instantly across all documents

Method 2: From Settings

• Go to Settings (left navigation) → Company Info

• Find “Documents Header Logo” section

• Click the existing logo or “Add Logo”

• Choose your new file

Issue - There is no “Company Info” option after hitting settings (and I am the primary on the houzz pro account), in method 2.

-for method 1 nothing happens when I hover over the logo on the document and also if I try and click on it.
