This seems to be some sort of glitch possibly related to the recent software upgrades. I have tried the online chat option and it is giving me the information I need to edit a team members access, but I cannot do the same for my own setting. Since I am the super admin the system is automatically set to allow me access to All information within the project - only now it is NOT. I just can’t figure out how to correct this issue and I am in the midst of creating a proposal and unfortunately have lost access to all of my selections tracker information. Has anyone experienced something similar to this?! I appreciate any insights.

I had a moment to check your account and it looks like the SKU of Houzz Pro that you have doesn’t include Selections. I’ve informed your subscription specialist about the next steps and she reached out to you this morning. I believe she also sent her calendar link so you can book a time and discuss this with her over a Zoom meeting.
She should be in touch with you again soon to discuss your options. I also want to clarify that once you’re on a SKU that has Selections, your previous Selections data will be available in your account again. ![]()
