How can I send all previuos invoices thaare published
Hi @Diane_Bobek ! Happy to look into this for you. Are you looking to export all invoices for a particular project or all time invoices? You can certainly bulk download documents, here’s how:
From any list view, check the boxes next to the documents you want, then click Download PDFs at the bottom of the page. Houzz Pro will export them as individual PDFs in one ZIP file.
You’ll get a notification in the bell icon (left nav) with the download link once it’s ready. The link is good for 24 hours — after that, you’ll need to redo the steps to generate a new one.
