It would be nice to be able to have a section to add bids manually, even though we bid out through houzz a lot of our subs are old school and still email us bids. Also sometimes they email us new bids after a walkthrough with a clinets and the client makes changes. If I could have a way to manually up load those would be great!

1Hi Samantha, thanks for flagging this! Makes total sense.
I’m logging this as a feature request for the Bid Management team: the ability to manually add a bid (vendor, amount, notes) and attach the bid document/PDF, plus support for logging a revised bid against the same request when scope changes mid-project.
In the meantime, a couple of workarounds that might help: you can attach the emailed bid as a PDF file attachment directly on the estimate or project, and enter the sub’s numbers as manual line items so they’re at least reflected in your budget. Not as clean as a native “upload bid” flow, but it keeps the numbers and the paper trail in one place until this ships.
