How do you ensure your subs consistently check and use the dashboard for updates? How do you address situations where a subcontractor isn’t tech-savvy or struggles to use the dashboard?
Unfortunately, we have struggled with this as well. I would love to hear feedback if anyone has any. My non tech savvy subs seem to just give up and bypass it by calling or text our PM’s about the project.
