Subcontractor App

The subcontractors cannot access the app. It will ask for a password and or get in with google or apple or email. If you don’t have the password and ask to reset. It will not send an email.

I’d love to help! Quick question: Have you officially sent the invitation from your dashboard yet? If their status is ‘Pending,’ it means they haven’t created a password yet. This is why the ‘password reset’ doesn’t work - there isn’t an account to reset!

I recommend having them use the one-time link, which you can send to them by clicking “Resend Invite” from your Subcontractor list. Instead of using the app login, they just click the button in that email; it opens a dashboard in their mobile browser that doesn’t require a password or login at all.
