how do you reverse a refund on a retainer

Hi there! Great question about refunds on a retainer!
Once the retainer is marked to issue a refund, that cannot be reversed. The refund will then live under the Refunds tab in the Retainers & Credit section. The refund will be in Houzz Pro in this section for tracking purposes, but you would need to refund your client outside of Houzz Pro via another payment method like a check, cash, Venmo, etc. Here is a great help article on refunds in Houzz Pro - https://www.houzz.com/pro-help/r/how-to-handle-refunds-in-houzz-pro
