If a lead is not yet signed and a project is, need a way to send leads to subcontractors. We need their input to get a good estimate together, now I have to convert a lead to a project in order to invite subcontractors.
We have run into the same issue. We turn the Lead into a Project and label it as a “Pre-Sale”. Then when I’m running my Marketing reports I can remove “Pre-Sale” projects from my numbers.
