What is the best way to track employees hours on numerous jobs?
Hi @Matt_Parisi!! You can use the time tracking feature both on mobile and the desktop app to log hours to a specific project. You can also set up specific services so your employees can log their time according to the right construction phase or type of work being performed.
@Luke_Thomas 's team uses the time clock functionality really well. Luke, do you have any pro tips for Matt?

We utilize the time tracking feature every day, for every project, for every field crew employee… and eventually we may even use it for our design team to track design hours and bill against retainer.
The time tracking is per project and you can add different ‘services’ to track the TYPE of work the crew is performing so that you can measure it against your estimated hours per phase of construction… helps us with accurate and timely job costing.

My company is new to Houzz. I am having a difficult time figuring out how we can utilize the Time Clock function and export the information to QuickBooks Online for payroll. Would I be able to hop on this conversation?

Thanks for reaching out! We are actually launching a payroll integration with Gusto in January / February of this coming year - Time entries will sync to Gusto for payroll processing and I do know that Gusto integrates with QBO. I’m not sure if switching payroll providers is an option but I’m happy to chat more about this new feature. Please let me know!
