I keep getting this error message on my Houzz 3D renderings. I will keep working and not close the window, but whatever I do before and after this message doesn’t save. I’m losing hours of work. Help!
Hi @Bethea - Looking at the screen shots, it seems like there might be an issue with internet connection. Editing a floor plan is only available when connected to the internet so I would try and ensure your fully connected before trying to edit the 3D floor plan.
