3D plan would not save. How do I retrieve it?

How do I retrieve a 3D scan that I created if it was saved but would not save to a project name?

Hi @Gina_Carlson !

To find the 3D floor plan on the mobile app, just open the app, select “more” with the “…” and select 3D Floor Plans. You should be able to find it right there! You can also view all 3D floor plans on your computer by going to your Houzz Pro account, under the search magnifying glass select All 3D Floor Plans!
