There is def some kind if issue with the quickbooks mapping. I had to manually go through and map my time billing for the entire year with my accountant this weekend because items had been mapped into FFE when they were design time but there was no rhyme or reason to it. Further, if we changed the hourly rate to 0 and then back to my rate for each line item that was mapping to FFE it then changed and mapped to design time, even though all we did was delete the field and put the same number back in the field. It was maddening and I have no idea why its happening. Anyone else having this problem?
Hi Amanda! It sounds like your time track mapping just needs to be updated in Houzz Pro. Under your account mapping in your QBO integration settings you will find the services tab. From there, you can choose the category mapping for “Time Track” and select the income account you’d like those time billing invoices to go to. That should fix the issue.
