Just two years later lol…Ive never actually had the time to fully set all the templates etc. but thiss week we have been knocking it out!!

Loaded first blueprint to 3D for a new construction staging project. Was amazing to see how accurate it was.

OMG!!! Thank you for saying that! We’ve had it two years to and are doing them same. How did you go about this? We are in the beginning phases. Our business in a growth phase too and it has been tough!

This week has been busy! We have a whole house ready for drywall but the drywall installer has been a no show (new subcontractor to us). We are working on another job creating a dream bathroom for a client. We used the 3D floor plan on Houzz to win the job.

This week has been such a blessing! We are utilizing Houzz Pro more every day and new jobs are on the horizon. Trying to the 3d features and building a house plan to estimate a new home build that will be a replacement for a wonderful family after a fire claimed their home.

Initially i did all the webinar trainings they offered in the areas that I needed to learn immediately. It took about a week, so that helped a lot. This week I’ve just been going into using the email marketing, refining contracts and service descriptions more thoroughly and implementing using the scheduler into our processes. But the trainings are perfect to start with!!

thank you for the advice!!! I really appreciate it. I think I just keep putting of watching everything comprehensively and I just get little bits and pieces. But its time to hunger down!

Currently working on building a budget for two homes. One is a custom and the other is a spec home! I’m building everything out through Houzz Pro and love how seamless it is!

Still learning all the features that Houzz Pro has to offer, sometimes I feel a little overwhelmed because it is a complete software that you always have to learn something new, but I have been loving it

HI! The Houzz Pro CRM is working great for me (Jeff-Owner), and my project coordinator who was hired this spring. We are both learning more tools on the CRM weekly and HouzzPro has been our CRM for about 6 months or so, but I can say that we made the right choice to use houzz for our CRM. Jeff Spreeman

So many features to learn and the Design Summit in Napa was a great jump start to utilizing more functions within the site. This week we are working on switching our project tracker to be Houzz centric vs our previous Basecamp method- then working to get our entire team on board with the system conversion!
Our team learned so many things after the academy we can’t wait to implement them! Can’t wait for the new beta AI items to come out! We love Houzz Pro!
